Life happens and sometimes you need to move things around. Here is what you need to know.

Rescheduling
You can reschedule your reading up to 48 hours before your booked session time. To request a reschedule, submit a support request with your name, your current booking date and time, and your preferred new date and time and the team will get that sorted for you.

Cancellations
Readings cannot be cancelled, only rescheduled. Please make sure any changes are requested before the 48 hour window closes.

Less than 48 hours notice
If something comes up close to your session time, please submit a support request as soon as possible. The team will do their best to help but this cannot always be accommodated within a short timeframe.
